The security of your data is very important to our business.  Except for providing information to participating merchants, we do not resell or disclose any information to a third party.  The data you provide is required to enable us to verify and link your information to your payment card account to be able to perform ACH debit transactions.  Your enrollement data is kept safe in a secured database server.  All bank information and PIN's are encrypted as soon as your enrollment is submitted.

Yes.  If you attained your original card from one of our stores, please pick up another card and call ZipLine to have it added to your existing payment card account.

When you enroll in the program, the last 4-digits of your social security number are used for: identity verification purposes, an account security question and to protect you against fraud.

No.  The PIN that you select for your consumer gas card can be any 4-digit number and does not have to be the same as your current PIN for your bank account.

No.  Currently, there is not an enrollment fee and we do not charge a fee to the consumer for the use of your card.  Your payment card account may be subject to an annual maintenance fee which would be properly disclosed at enrollment and/or prior to any fee amount being debited from your bank account.
